We use ‘Amtrak’ courier service to deliver our goods.
‘Amtrak’ provide a 1-2 working day delivery service (Monday to Friday). We keep our stock up to date but in the event that we do not have your wine immediately available we strive to get it to you within 7 days.
Delivery charges are added on automatically during the checkout process.
Delivery options do not include V.A.T.

We currently do not post outside of the UK.
All our wine is of the highest quality, however, every now and then, as with all wines, a bottle may be 'corked'. In the event of this unavoidable circumstance, return the bottle along with the offending cork and we will gladly refund or replace the bottle.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you have to return any products to us you should be aware of the following.
Please email giovanni@g-enoteca.com with any problems. This helps us both have a record of events. We always answer emails in the order they are received and as soon as practically possible.
All items are covered by our RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise) RTB = Return To Base (Customer is responsible for return carriage costs). We are not liable for any carriage cost's in returning the goods for inspection.
Please return using standard parcels service. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting (this is free of charge) which will serve as your proof of posting should royal mail mislay your parcel, we are only responsible for the goods after we receive them. This excludes items damaged in transit, these will be replaced at no cost to you. We will refund reasonable return postage costs on FAULTY items that are returned to us within 30 days or purchase.
Please contact us at giovanni@g-enoteca.com for authorisation before returning any goods. Any returned packages that have not had authorisation will be refused, as will packages received over 14 days from authorisation date.

Please note if your order was over £200 and qualified for free shipping the cost for delivery is subtracted from any return goods refunded taking the retained order value below £200.
All returned goods must be securely packed. We suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of delivery”. We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Out of stock items are normally automatically removed from our site. Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website is always accurate with it's stock monitoring, there are rare occasions when the website will have an incorrect stock figure. If you order an item that is out of stock, and as we do not always know when an item would be back in stock you will be contacted and offered a refund or suitable replacement.
Damaged Goods: You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks like it may be damaged or has been tampered with you should refuse the package or mark the courier’s sheet to show this (if you do sign to accept the package).If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us within 24hrs (preferably immediately on the same day you receive them). We will try to resolve this ASAP. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48hrs of receipt.
Your statutory rights are not affected
